Crowd Room Terms Of Use

Privacy Policy · Terms of Use · Support

Effective and last updated: October 28, 2026

These Terms apply to Crowd Room, the Apple Vision Pro speaking-practice app provided by Jimi Olaoya, trading as Zecro Studios. They supplement the applicable App Store license and describe how the app may be used. Our Privacy Policy explains data processing and your choices.

App license and permitted use

For copies obtained through the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs the app license unless a separate custom license is supplied. These Terms do not replace that license or restrict rights provided by applicable law or third-party open-source licenses. Use the app lawfully and respect the rights of others.

Your content

You retain your rights in your speech, practice notes and other material you provide. You are responsible for having permission to use that material. Zecro Studios does not acquire ownership of it. The app processes practice content on your device as described in the Privacy Policy; sending support email is a separate choice.

Simulated audience and practice feedback

Audience behavior is a simulation. Speech measurements, generated questions, ratings and coaching suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete or unavailable. They are practice aids, not validated assessments or a guarantee of real-world speaking outcomes. Review generated material and use your judgment.

Permissions and feature availability

Crowd Room requires Apple Vision Pro with visionOS 26 or later. Speech features require microphone and speech-recognition permission and supported English (US) on-device recognition. AI generation requires available Apple Intelligence. Basic questions or timer-only practice may be available when those features cannot run. The current release uses virtual venues; AR audience placement is planned for a future update. Some features depend on your device, operating system, language support or external service availability.

Comfort and surroundings

Use Crowd Room in a clear, stable space and follow your headset's safety guidance. Remain aware of your surroundings and pause if you feel discomfort. A virtual audience does not indicate where physical obstacles are.

Examples and external links

Speaking examples are built-in text; the app does not include video playback. Links to privacy, terms or support information may open in your browser, where the destination's own terms and privacy practices apply.

Availability, purchases and updates

Features and system requirements may change as the app is updated. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or permanent availability of external content. Any App Store payment, download or refund is handled under Apple's applicable terms and processes. No subscription or recurring charge is created by these Terms.

Responsibility and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service, error-free output or suitability for a particular speaking outcome. Any limitations or remedies in the applicable app license remain subject to mandatory consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may revise these Terms as the app changes. The current version and update date will be available on this page. Material changes that require notice or agreement will be handled as required by applicable law. Questions can be sent to jimjatt1999@gmail.com.
