Hi, I’m Jimi.

I’m a freelance product builder based in Tokyo. I grew up in London and studied aerospace engineering.

I sit between engineering and product. I figure out what to build and how the systems should work and exploring ideas.

Now

I work with Akagawa Innovations on Halfway, a social app for meeting up with friends, and Sedier, an immersive interior design app for Apple Vision Pro. I love building, so I’m always hacking away at projects.

What I’m into

I love tech and I’m always on top of it, whether that’s space travel, AI or quantum. Big philosophy fan, and a big love of reading.

Started running recently, just did 22 km. I’ve been doing gymnastic rings for six years now.
